Sollasa burst on to the UK drinks scene in July 2021, and has caused much excitement with its unique proposition: a light refreshing spirit with mandarin, lychee and cardamom, that goes deliciously with food.
Sollasa is a 20% ABV spirit-based aperitif, making it versatile for cocktail-making: from a simple serve with tonic to more adventurous mixology. It’s lower ABV and delicate blend of Indian-inspired flavours make it an excellent drink to pair with Pan-Asian food.
Innovatus Drinks has been proactive in adapting to new strategies in the industry, including strategic partnerships with music festivals and previous purchases with brands like Willem Barentsz Gin and Pedrino Spritz. These endeavors have not only reduced operational expenses but have also enabled the company to benefit from the network effect of a diversified portfolio of exciting brands.
